With several years of experience in the marine sector, he has worked closely with reputed shipping agencies and understands the complete process of crew recruitment, documentation, and compliance with DG Shipping norms.

He has a keen focus on safety, training, and professional growth of seafarers. Under his leadership, the company ensures that every crew member is deployed as per STCW and MLC guidelines.

His vision is to create a transparent and reliable platform for Indian seafarers to explore global opportunities while maintaining international maritime standards.
